Water Supply Disruptions Around Erzsébet Street Next Monday
Employees of Debreceni Vízmű Zrt. will be working in front of Erzsébet Street 2 on Monday, 30 March, from 8:00 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m.
During the works, temporary water shortages and pressure fluctuations are expected in the following locations:
- Debrecen Television Headquarters
- MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt.
- Ispotály Street 1
- Erzsébet Street 2
- Erzsébet Street 4
- COOP ABC
- Incubator House
- Beauty salon
The water utility has also advised that firefighting water will not be available during the works.
Residents are further informed that following the completion of the works, the drinking water may appear cloudy. While this does not pose a health risk, it is advisable to let the water settle. The discolouration can usually be cleared by briefly running water from an outdoor tap.
If any issues with water service are experienced after the maintenance work, residents are asked to report them to the water utility.
