Debrecen Waterworks Postpones Planned Maintenance Works Due to Heatwave

We previously reported that maintenance works could affect water supply services, with some streets in Debrecen expected to experience temporary water shortages or pressure fluctuations during the night.

Due to the extended and high-level heat alert currently in force, however, Debrecen Waterworks has announced the postponement of all planned preventive maintenance works that could cause temporary interruptions to water supply or fluctuations in water pressure.

The company added that ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted supply of drinking water during the period of exceptional heat is of paramount importance.
