Declaration and Payment of Soil Charge 2025

The Tax Department of the Mayor’s Office of Debrecen informs individuals and businesses obligated to pay the soil charge that the deadline for submitting the declaration in 2025 is April 15, and the deadline for payment is April 30. Obligations can be fulfilled without late payment penalties until this date.

Payments must be made to the Municipality of Debrecen’s soil charge collection account, account number 50435081-10039148.

The emitter must pay the soil charge, including those using individual closed sewage storage not connected to the technically available public sewer. Based on the data provided by Debreceni Vízmű Zrt., the tax department will notify all obligated payers to submit their tax declarations.

The tax department emphasizes that everyone can settle their tax obligation through a transaction classified as a bank card purchase on the E-Government portal using the EFER system.
