The long-vacant plot on the corner of Szoboszlói Road and Gyár Street will be built on.

The plot on the corner of Szoboszlói Road and Gyár Street is being developed. The land consists of two separate properties with two separate owners. The part facing Szoboszlói Road belongs to Plan-Invest Property Developer  Ltd., on which it will develop and sell a seven-apartment condominium. On the inner plot, a similar seven-apartment condominium is being built, with a different investor, but the construction company is the same in both cases, Plan-Épszer Ltd.

An underground garage will be built under the three-story condominiums. The two condominiums will be built using the latest technologies, with heat pumps providing cooling and heating, and an elevator in both buildings. The condominiums will have larger apartments of 70-100 square metres.

The company plans to hand over the apartments to their future owners by the end of next year.
