Join an afternoon of creativity, colour, and book love! An afternoon of creativity, colour, and book love is to be enjoyed! At this hands-on workshop, the covers of favourite books will be reimagined, either digitally using Canva or with traditional art supplies such as paper, pencils, and markers.

Led by Cisem, American Corner’s volunteer from Turkey, this session invites interested parties  to tap into their inner designer with no prior experience needed!

What to bring:

• your favorite book it will be measured and made sure your new cover fits perfectly
• a laptop if you want to design digitally (optional)

All art supplies, rulers, and guidance on things like layout, colour, and book cover measurements (including gutters) will be provided, and attendees will leave with a real, usable book cover of their own design, ready to wrap around your favorite read.

Participants can freely choose if they would like to create their covers digitally or hand-drawn.
