Reformed Great ChurchThe Great Church of Debrecen has opened a new temporary exhibition showcasing the renowned black ceramics of the Fazekas family from Nádudvar.
The history of Nádudvar pottery is inseparable from the Fazekas dynasty, whose craft dates back to the 1700s. Passed down from father to son, their tradition has been preserved for centuries, keeping the ancient art of pottery alive.
The exhibition highlights the creativity of the family’s members and their enduring legacy. “Clay Nuggets Brought to Life – The Legacy of the Potter Dynasty” can be seen at the Kálvin Gallery of the Great Church of the Debrecen Reformed Church.
The exhibition offers visitors not only a glimpse into centuries of tradition, but also a warm invitation to experience the living heritage of Hungarian craftsmanship.
Interested parties can explore the display until February 15, 2025.
