Déri MuseumThe Déri Museum proudly presents a new temporary exhibition titled “Step Closer”, showcasing the remarkable collection of Attila Kocsis, retired Reformed pastor.
This extraordinary display brings together Christmas stamps and first‑day covers from 270 countries, offering visitors a rare opportunity to explore how nations around the world celebrate the festive season
The exhibition will be opened on December 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the Zoltai Hall Gallery. Introductory remarks will be given by Deputy Mayor István Puskás, followed by greetings from Museum Director János Angi. The opening will be performed by Károly Fekete, Bishop of the Trans-Tisza Reformed Church District and patron of the event.
After the ceremony, the collection’s owner will personally lead a guided tour.
The exhibition will remain open until January 6, 2026, inviting guests to step closer to the spirit of Christmas and discover the world through stamps.
