BMW Group Plant Debrecen received new professional awards

After the company’s Internship Program received the “Strong Hive – Excellent Program” rating from the jury at the Zynternship Awards HR professional competition in early October and also won the audience award, the BMW team can celebrate yet another prestigious HR award, BMW Group Plant Debrecen’s post reads.

The company reports that this time, at one of Hungary’s largest HR communication competitions—the HRKOMM Award—they earned one gold (Car, Automotive sector) and three bronze awards (Integrated employer branding strategy, Recruitment campaigns, and Programs supporting physical well-being), and they also earned the main prize, the “HR Excellence – Company Award,” which is awarded to the applicant with the most points.

However, that’s not all, as they also managed to win first place in two categories in Behaviour Magazine’s “HR Solution of the Year” competition—in the Spotlight category with their self-produced campaign film “A good team. Are you in?” and in the Future Skills category with their Skill-up programs.
