City Day Discount at Csokonai National Theatre

The unity and pride with which the citizens of Debrecen face challenges is remarkable not only in Hungary but perhaps worldwide. This cohesion and shared effort has made possible initiatives such as the Debrecen City Card, offering residents with a permanent address in Debrecen unique benefits and discounts.

For more than 160 years, the Csokonai National Theatre has been an essential part of the city’s cultural fabric, actively participating in various cultural partnerships. For example, Debrecen City Card holders receive a 10% discount on all performances.

Now, on the occasion of Debrecen City Day, the theatre wishes to thank its audience with a special offer: for the performances on 8 and 9 April of Mór Jókai’s comedy The Debrecen Lunatic, all Debrecen City Card holders can purchase tickets with a 20% discount. The discount is available exclusively at the theatre’s box offices, while stocks last.
