Debrecen International Airport to suspend operations for four days

Runway maintenance will be carried out.

Due to the extreme heat experienced during the Pentecost weekend, a decision was made to conduct preventive maintenance at Debrecen International Airport.

This preventative work on the runway will take place from June 30 at 11:30 AM to July 3 at 4:00 PM.

Six flights will be affected by the suspension:

July 1:

• Smartwings: Monastir–Debrecen and Debrecen–Monastir
• Freebird: Antalya–Debrecen and Debrecen–Antalya
• Wizz Air: Luton–Debrecen and Debrecen–Luton
• Wizz Air: Larnaca–Debrecen and Debrecen–Larnaca

July 2:

• MGA: Antalya–Debrecen and Debrecen–Antalya
• Lufthansa: Munich–Debrecen and Debrecen–Munich
