Debrecen’s future shows a positive vision for the whole region

Mayor László Papp spoke about the city’s future at an event in Debrecen.

The event was held at the PwC office in Debrecen, which opened in November 2023. The event, called the CEO & CFO Lunch, was attended by Mayor László Papp.

With the event held at the local center of one of the world’s leading financial and economic consulting companies, the mayor shared a post on social media stating, “Opportunities must be seized when they come our way.”

He then highlighted that Debrecen has taken advantage of opportunities in recent years and will continue to do so. As a result, the city’s eastern and southern parts are set for significant infrastructural development, and excellent opportunities await us in transportation and education development.

László Papp added that, as a result of all these efforts, the city’s future presents such a positive image that it will impact the entire region.
