The iconic Great Church in Debrecen is opening its doors this Advent season with a series of unforgettable concerts.

Highlights of the 2025 Program:

• Dec 1, 2025 – 7:00 p.m. “An Advent Evening with Us” featuring Kökény Attila (Hungarian pop singer and pianist, known for his soulful ballads), Rakonczai Viktor (composer and pianist, noted for his live collaborations), and the Sol Oriens Choir (renowned for rich festive harmonies).
• Dec 8, 2025 – 7:00 p.m. Advent Concert by the “We Love in Hungarian” Band (Magyarul Szeretjük Zenekar) – a lively group dedicated to Hungarian-language songs, bringing a joyful festive atmosphere.
• Dec 15, 2025 – 7:00 p.m. Advent Concert “Expectation” by Dóra Szinetár (popular actress and singer, celebrated for her stage performances): – with special guest Ildikó Hámori (actress and singer).

These events combine music, reflection, and festive spirit in one of Hungary’s most iconic churches.
