In 2026, the Night of Ice Rinks returns to the Debrecen Ice Hall!

In 2026, the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation is organizing the Night of Ice Rinks, the largest winter sports event in Hungary, for the tenth time. On this day, tens of thousands of people skate simultaneously across the country.

As part of the Night of Ice Rinks event series, the Debrecen Ice Hall welcomes visitors on January 17, 2026, with extended opening hours, discounted admission, ice skill games, and an ice disco. Ice hockey activities and public skating start at 6:00 p.m., followed by a short ice resurfacing break, and then from 8:00 p.m. an Ice Disco with DJ Frenk.

Tickets are available on site.

PROGRAM:

SESSION I: 6:00 p.m. – 7:40 p.m.
Ice hockey activities with valuable prizes
shooting-at-goal competition and slalom course,
various skill games for all age groups, from beginners to advanced skaters.

At the end of the program, valuable gift packages will be raffled among participants.

SESSION II: 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Ice Disco with DJ Frenk

Participation in the Night of Ice Rinks is only possible with a valid ticket or season pass, which entitles the holder to a single entry.
