On the 1st of May, it will be 66 years since Debrecen Zoo opened its gates, and to mark the occasion they invite visitors to join for a celebration. On the May Day celebration the Zoo will host  activities for young and old, including zoo residents in action and 25 unlimited magic wristband attractions.  Programmes: music and dance performances concert by the Moonlight Band square music and a picnic children's craft stall hourly sugar cane making and a giant puppet show by the Garagulya stilt company  birthday exhibition of visitors' photos from the past six and a half decades to give visitors a glimpse into the Park's rich history.   On the 1st of  May, the theme park can be visited with: a HUF 2,500 per person ticket or with a magic ticket for unlimited use of the amusement machines for HUF 5,800 per person Zoo tickets for the theme park are available at the normal price on site and online.   Date: 1 May Location: Debrecen Zoo Source: zoodebrecen.hu

Organisers cordially invite visitors all to their premium car show, which will take place in Debrecen’s Józsapark on the 5th of  May  from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00. p.m. For the third time, Debrecen will host the first big show of the season, the second time that flowers will be present alongside cars. The sports and luxury cars on display can be looked at and photographed at, and in addition visitors can also have a seat in them. A charity raffle and collection will be also organised with all proceeds going to the Save Beni Foundation.
