Garage Sale to Help Rescue Dogs and Cats in Debrecen
A charity garage sale will take place this weekend at 67 Leiningen Street in Debrecen from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on 7 June, and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 8 June.
According to information shared on Facebook, the event is about more than finding bargains and second-hand treasures for just a few hundred forints. Visitors will also have the opportunity to support the work of the Bodolai Ferenc Foundation, an animal welfare charity dedicated to helping dogs and cats.
The organisers note that every purchase contributes to the foundation’s activities, making the garage sale an opportunity to combine bargain hunting with supporting a good cause.
