Large-scale asphalting work on Határ Road

Large-scale asphalting work will begin on Határ Road, between Varjútövis Street and the roundabout, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

During the investment, a 2×1 lane road section of approximately 1,600 meters long will be renewed. The construction works will be carried out in several phases, thus ensuring the continuity of traffic.

The first phase of construction will include sidewalk and vegetation arrangement, as well as shoulder grinding, followed by milling of the road structure, local structural replacement, and then the laying of new asphalt pavement and painting of road markings.

During the work period, temporary traffic regulations will be introduced on the affected road section, and traffic control will also be ensured by traffic signal guards.

Drivers are kindly asked to pay close attention to the temporary traffic signs and, if possible, avoid the affected road section.
