László Papp: Debrecen has become a meeting point for Eastern and Western capital, technology, and knowledge

The First Automotive Cluster conference was held in our city on Wednesday. The mayor of Debrecen also participated in the event.

“The Automotive Cluster provides a framework and creates an excellent forum for cooperation between companies located in Debrecen that are at the forefront of world technology. Thanks to this, everything is in place to ensure a livable environment and a suitable career path for those living in the region,” László Papp shared on his Facebook page.

On December 12, 2024, the Debrecen Automotive Cluster was established with the participation of ten founding members, which brings together stakeholders in the automotive industry.

The association aims to play a decisive role in the sustainable economic development of the city and the region while promoting innovation and value creation. The cluster raises the cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions operating in the field of the automotive industry to a new level.
