More than fifty musicians and bands will perform at outdoor venues in Debrecen
The Debrecen Street Music Days will take place for the fifth time on 25 and 26 July.
Over two days, more than fifty musicians and bands will perform in open-air venues at Halköz, Csapó Street and Dósa nádor Square, at the glass pyramid next to the Great Church, at the DEMKI Youth House and on Medgyessy Promenade. DEMKI has also published the final list of performers on the programme website. Among others, the Kelet Brass Band, the Agyagbanda Ensemble, Viki Marton, the Rover Band, Róbert Nikodém and the Blues Fathers will be performing.
“The festival is all about immediacy: no barriers, no entrance fees, musicians playing in the street, almost at arm’s length. The acoustic sound, the magic of live music and the diversity of styles: pop, jazz, folk, blues, indie and many more, make the weekend a real voyage of discovery,” the organisers say in their offer.
