Music Support Programme 2026

The Municipality of Debrecen has announced its Music Support Programme for young amateur popular musicians.

The aim of the scheme is to complement existing national grant systems and address their gaps by providing financial assistance to talented amateur musicians in Debrecen.

In 2025, a total of 31 applications were submitted across three categories, of which 12 projects received funding.

Applications can be submitted in the following categories:

• Support for the production and release of popular music audio recordings
• Support for the production and release of popular music video clips

The precise eligibility criteria for applicants are set out in the official call for proposals.
