The Municipality of Debrecen welcomes the announcement that Universal Air will operate two return flights a week on the Debrecen-Leipzig and Debrecen-Malta routes from Debrecen International Airport from the 30th of March 2025.
The new airline and the two flights will further boost leisure and business tourism in Debrecen. They will allow air traffic to resume the dynamic growth that characterised the airport’s traffic before the coronavirus epidemic.
The Municipality of Debrecen is working with its partners to add more destinations to the Debrecen International Airport’s offering.
