Road surface renovation on Ibolya Street
Road surface renovation works have begun on Ibolya Street in Debrecen, which are expected to last until September 1, 2025. The aim of the renovation is to improve the quality and safety of vehicle traffic, make the residential environment more aesthetic, and increase the number of parking spaces in the area.
During the works, the surface of the parking lot at the junction of Ibolya Street and Dózsa György Street will be renewed. As part of this, the service road and the parking spaces there will be repaired with large-area asphalting over a length of approximately 45 meters.
In addition, the existing parking lot in front of Ibolya Street 23 will be expanded, increasing the number of existing parking spaces by 4 parking spaces.
Large-area, local repair works are taking place on the section between Ibolya Street 5 and 13. During the construction, a total of approximately 100 square meters of the service road and parking lot pavement will be repaired.
The construction works are expected to last until September 1, 2025.
The interventions will be implemented from the municipality’s own resources, with a total gross value of HUF 18.7 million.
Those driving on Ibolya Street and its surroundings are kindly asked to drive with increased attention during the construction period and to use the affected road sections and parking lots, taking into account the temporary traffic regulations, thereby facilitating safe and unobstructed construction!
