Romanian–Hungarian Business Forum was held in Debrecen
The Business Forum held at the County Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Debrecen strengthened cooperation between Romanian and Hungarian enterprises, highlighting the opportunities inherent in the economic relations of the two countries.
The cross‑border event aimed to deepen Romanian‑Hungarian economic ties and encourage collaboration among businesses. Participants received an overview of the current state of bilateral cooperation and its future prospects.
At the forum, Romania’s Deputy Prime Minister Barna Tánczos emphasized in his presentation that Romania’s accession to the Schengen Area has given fresh impetus to economic cooperation between the two countries. As a result, bilateral trade has already increased by 13 percent.
