Several Public Transport Routes Are Being Redirected Due to Road Construction Work

The works are carried out in two phases. During this time, trolleybus routes 3A and 4, as well as bus routes 10, 10Y, 14, 25Y, 35Y, 41, 42, 46, 46Y, 60H, 71, 125, 146 and 974 operate on redirected routes.

Phase I: Thursday 5 March, from 22:00 until the start of service on 6 March 2026.

Diversion route for services 3A, 4, 25Y, 125 and 974:

During the works, services operate in both directions via the route Nyugati Street – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet Street – Antall József Street – Tisza István Street – Széchenyi Street. In neither direction will services serve the Regional Bus Station stop. On the redirected route, services will stop in both directions at the Mechwart András Secondary Technical School stop, and at the Ambulance Station stop in the direction of Segner Square.

Diversion route for services 10, 10Y, 46, 46Y, 71 and 146:

During the works, buses operate in both directions via the route Nyugati Street – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet Street. Services will not serve the Regional Bus Station stops; on the redirected route they will stop at the Mechwart András Secondary Technical School stop (towards Nagyállomás), and at the MÁV Clinic (towards Segner Square) and Ambulance Station (towards Segner Square) stops.

Diversion route for services 14 and 42 towards Nagyállomás:

Buses towards Nagyállomás operate via the route Nyugati Street – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet Street. Services will not serve the Regional Bus Station, Tisza István Street or Antall József Street stops. On the redirected route, buses will stop at the Mechwart András Secondary Technical School and Ambulance Station stops.

Diversion route for services 14, 42 and 60H towards Doberdó Street / Nyugati Industrial Park / Segner Square:

Services operate via the route Erzsébet Street – Külsővásártér – Nyugati Street. Services will not serve the Barna Street, Antall József Street, Széchenyi Street or Regional Bus Station stops. On the redirected route, buses will stop at the MÁV Clinic and Ambulance Station stops.

Diversion route for bus 35Y towards Segner Square:

The service operate via the route Nyugati Street – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet Street – Antall József Street – Tisza István Street, without serving the Regional Bus Station stop. On the redirected route, the bus will stop at the Mechwart András Secondary Technical School stop.

Diversion route for bus 41:

The service operate in both directions via the route Széchenyi Street – Külsővásártér – Erzsébet Street – Antall József Street – Tisza István Street. In neither direction will the bus serve the Regional Bus Station stops. On the redirected route, services will stop at the Mechwart András Secondary Technical School stop (towards Nagyállomás) and the Ambulance Station stop (towards Segner Square).

Phase II: Friday 6 March, from 22:00 until the start of service on Saturday 7 March.

During the works, bus 41 operate in both directions via the route István Road – Kishegyesi Road – Nyugati Street – Széchenyi Street. In neither direction will services serve the Földi János Street or Kürtös Street stops, nor the Kadosa Street stop in the direction of Kinizsi Printing House. Buses will stop at all stops located along the redirected route.
