Six spas to party on the Night of the Beaches in the county
For the sixteenth time, the Hungarian Bathing Association is organising the Night of the Beaches event with nationwide coverage. On Saturday, 26 July, the beaches will be hosting a night-long programme of activities; half a hundred spas have joined the initiative this year.
“Every year, Hungarian beaches prepare for the season with exciting programmes, to which the Hungarian Bathing Association also contributes with national initiatives, to which many member baths join every year,” the organisation informed.
This summer, the now popular Night of Beaches has been announced for the 16th time. Those looking for an experience and a cool down can choose from a wide variety of beach programmes at fifty locations across the country. With families and, of course, children in mind, there will be face painting and glitter tattoos, animation programs, beach volleyball, and aquafitness during the day.
The party is almost a mandatory element, whether it is a bath festival, beach, pool, cocktail, balloon, or foam party, with music and dance in all kinds of forms. In addition to concerts and DJs, there will be foam parties in Berettyóújfalu, Debrecen, and Miskolc; a Marcalin beauty contest; a Zumba evening in Leányfalu; a piano evening in Zalakaros; a Caribbean show in Igal; and a themed Japanese day in Ráckeve.
The spas participating in the Night of Beaches campaign will set their own opening hours for the day, with most of the baths staying open until midnight on this day, and there are a few places where you can party until 1 or even 2 in the morning.
Among the spas in Hajdú-Bihar County, Bihar Termálliget in Berettyóújfalu, Aquaticum in Debrecen, Hungarospa in Hajdúszoboszló, Hajdúnánás Spa, Sárrét Kincse in Püspökladány, and Nádudvar Spa have joined the national event.
