System Transition at DV Parking to Affect Customer Service Hours

Due to the transition and migration of the parking administration system of DV Parking Kft. to a new server, customer services will operate with reduced opening hours on 26 March (Thursday). Between 12:00 and 17:00, in-person administration will not be available, nor will it be possible to pay surcharge fees via QR code issued on-site, the company announced.

The transition will also affect the customer website; therefore, on 26 March between 12:00 and approximately 17:00, disruptions may occur in the system’s operation. Customers are kindly requested to arrange their parking matters outside this period where possible.

Customer services will remain reachable by telephone during this period; however, as their staff will not have access to certain programmes, they will only be able to provide general information regarding specific cases, as well as parking, traffic, and transport-related matters.

Surcharges issued on 26 March will not be visible and cannot be paid either via QR code or in person at customer services until the following day. Surcharge payments may still be made by bank transfer to the account number indicated on the surcharge notice.

Accordingly, on 26 March 2026, customer services will be open from 08:00 to 11:45 and closed between 12:00 and 17:00. On 27 March, normal customer service hours will resume.
