The bell and interior murals of the Holy Trinity Greek Catholic Church in Tócóskert were blessed

The investments were made possible through the generous support of the Archdiocese of Hajdúdorog and its faithful community

On the festive occasion, the faithful gathered in front of the church, where Metropolitan Fülöp Kocsis blessed the 180-kilogram bell.

After that, the bell decorated with flowers was hoisted into the tower. In the interior of the building, the church leader blessed the mural in the presence of Mayor László Papp.

Ukrainian painter Vasil Babich and his team worked for a year to complete the decoration of the church wall. They used a special technique, painting the figures of the saints on a special canvas, which was then attached to the wall. Among the vividly colored images are depictions of King Saint Stephen and King Saint Ladislaus, Empress Saint Irene, as well as Bishops Theodore Romzha and Paul Gojdics.
