The new generation iX3 has appeared on BMW’s domestic price list
“The article in Világgazdaság points out that the BMW iX3 has just had its world premiere, and is now available to order worldwide, including in Hungary,” writes vezess.hu.
The purely electric SUV, which will go into production within weeks, is based on a brand-new architecture and represents a fresh direction in terms of its design language. Its innovative technical solutions will be welcomed in dozens of models from the factory in the near future.
The first 4782-millimeter SUVs will arrive in Hungary in the spring of 2026, and the importer has started taking orders:
- The starting price for the dual electric motor, all-wheel drive recreational vehicle with a peak power output of 345 kilowatt hours per 469 horsepower costs HUF 27,750,000 gross.
- The BMW X3 30e xDrive, which is similar in name only but also has a similar size (4755 millimeters), is available from HUF 25 million 185 thousand, and its plug-in hybrid powertrain is capable of 200 kilowatt hours per 299 horsepower.
The BMW Group has announced that it officially opens its Debrecen plant, where the company’s first Neue Klasse model, the fully electric BMW iX3, will be produced. BMW is thus opening a new chapter in global automotive production. According to the group, the official handover of the plant will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025.
According to the BMW Group, this is an event that defines the next chapter in its global production network. Debrecen will host the beginning of a new era: the BMW Group’s first Neue Klasse model—the fully electric BMW iX3—will be produced in a state-of-the-art plant.
