The transformation of the parking system in Malompark has been postponed

Malompark previously announced that the shopping center’s parking lot would become chargeable from August 1. However, on Saturday, they announced on Facebook that the transformation would be postponed due to technical reasons. Information on when parking in Malompark will start will be provided later.

According to the new system, every visitor can park for HUF 480  for an hour and a half, and then after one and a half hours, every starting hour will be charged again at HUF 480 on weekdays. Parking will be free on Saturdays and Sundays.

They drew attention to the fact that the parking lots of Malompark can only be used during the shopping centre’s opening hours, and from now on, owners of electric vehicles will also have to pay for parking.

The shopping centre justified the change by saying that the load on the parking lots is increasing significantly due to the introduction of the surrounding paid zone, and that more and more motorists who do not come for shopping are using the parking lot. They say they want the parking spaces to be accessible to customers.

More information on the Malompark website.
