A Special Summer Experience Arrives at the Nagyerdő Open-Air Stage from June

GAG Produkció is bringing one of the most distinctive summer experiences to the Nagyerdő Open-Air Stage from June through to August. As part of the ZeneErdő programme series, performers will include EDDA, Attila Kökény, Charlie, Irigy Hónaljmirigy and László Dés.

The concert series opens with a production by EDDA Művek, though not in the usual way: the greatest EDDA hits will be performed this time in grand, symphonic arrangements, with the collaboration of the Szolnok Symphony Orchestra. The energy of rock combined with the grandeur of orchestral sound promises a breathtaking musical experience in the heart of the Great Forest.

This will be followed by an evening where music comes to life. The anniversary concert “Kökény 50”, presented to a full house at the MVM Dome, marked a milestone in the shared career of Attila Kökény and Viktor Rakonczai. After the sweeping success of the nationwide concert series, a new chapter now begins. The “I’ll See You Again” tour is not merely a series of concerts but also a personal invitation: a return to the audience, to the songs, and to those moments that have become shared experiences over recent years.

The concert selection encompasses everything that defines their shared musical world: well-known hits, new musical moments, and an atmosphere that is both intimate and grand in scale.

The evening’s featured guest star is Johanna Lengyel, who first rose to prominence on the stage of Megasztár and has since become one of the Hungarian pop scene’s emerging artists, receiving growing attention. Her distinctive voice and sensitive performance style add a unique colour to the evening.

On a special night of ZeneErdő, Charlie will also take to the stage. The well-known songs will not simply be performed but brought back to life—among the trees, in the summer air.

Following Charlie, Irigy Hónaljmirigy will bring 35 years of momentum to the Great Forest. For more than three decades, they have been parodying both Hungarian and international hits, with generations growing up on their work.

The story began on New Year’s Eve 1990; since then, they have achieved 17 platinum records, more than 100 million downloads, 70 original TV shows, thousands of performances, and an immeasurable amount of laughter.

At the final event of the series, the stage will belong to the people of Debrecen. In recent years, László Dés has opened a new chapter in his career, performed his new compositions and earlier classics in a personal, intimate style at the piano. Following the release of his new album and the grand premiere concert presented at the Arena, he has now embarked on a nationwide tour with the programme entitled “We Are the Grund!”, one of whose key stops is the Nagyerdei Open-Air Stage.

The concert’s title song, “We Are the Grund!”, is the iconic piece from The Paul Street Boys, which has become an anthem of belonging, faith and human integrity. During the evening, alongside the new songs, some of László Dés’s best-known musical excerpts and greatest hits will also be performed, including Take Care of Me, We Were So Beautiful, The Great Journey and Let It Be So. The special moments of the concert are enriched by László Dés’s unique, virtuosic and lyrical saxophone playing, which has been a defining part of Hungarian musical life for decades.

The evening’s guests are exceptional artists from Hungary’s theatre and music scene: Anikó Für, Petra Gubik and Pál Mácsai, all of whom share a close creative connection with László Dés’s music and works. Their performances promise special stage moments, memorable duets and moving musical encounters.
