Press Release

In connection with the fire at the Tiszaújváros site of MOL Petrochemicals, the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Disaster Management Directorate stated that gases produced during the fire were detected in the air at the scene, but at levels below the public health limit.

Consequently, the air pollution effects of the industrial incident in Tiszaújváros do not pose a risk to the health of the residents of Debrecen.
