New Yoga Classes and Strength Training Added to “Move Debrecen” Programme

In response to requests from local residents, the free Move Debrecen exercise programme is expanding to include two new activities. Strength training in Józsa is moving to a new venue, while morning yoga classes will begin in Csapókert in November.

The Move Debrecen programme will continue to offer opportunities for people to exercise together throughout the winter.

In response to local demand, from 9 November the strength training sessions will move from Józsa Grund to Gönczy Pál Primary School. The sessions will continue to be led by personal trainer Vadim Kiszil.

From 3 November, morning yoga classes will take place in Csapókert every Tuesday, led by Ilona Kazi. The new sessions are designed for those who wish to make time earlier in the day for exercise, physical and mental well-being, and gentle movement.

All further information is available on the initiative’s Facebook page and website.
