The Mayor of Debrecen held talks with the Hungarian Ambassador of the Republic of Korea

The Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Hungary, Hong Kyu Dok, discussed several issues concerning Debrecen with Mayor László Papp on Tuesday, according to the Mayor’s Facebook post.

László Papp discussed economic issues and cultural cooperation opportunities with the diplomat. The meeting was also important because South Korea is a major economic player, providing jobs for thousands of people in the world and in Hungary.

“With the economic development of Debrecen, we are joining this process. We want to provide jobs for as many local and regional workers as possible,”  the Mayor said.
