A series of events bid farewell to summer at the Debrecen strand
As the golden days of summer draw to a close, Aquaticum Debrecen Strand — one of the city’s most beloved seasonal destinations — is preparing a festive weekend to celebrate the season’s end. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, refreshing pools, and family-friendly environment, the Strand has been a go-to spot for relaxation and recreation all summer long.
As summer comes to a close, Aquaticum Debrecen Strand invites visitors of all ages to enjoy a weekend full of exciting activities. Please find the full program lineup below:
Beach Volleyball Championship
A beach volleyball championship is being organized on August 30 and 31 with exciting matches and a fantastic atmosphere for two days! You can even register with your own team, but those who don’t feel like playing volleyball can also come and cheer. Registration for the program and the related discounted ticket purchase are possible in front of the Strand B box office, until 8:30 am
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sports Day – Splash and Move!
The sports day on August 30 will feature a spectacular freestyle soccer show, an exciting swimming competition, beach ball games, a fun mattress rally and a rowing challenge for all ages. You can participate in the program with a beach admission ticket.
Time: August 30, 10:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
“Csilli-Villi” Creative Nook
The little ones can participate in creative crafts and glitter body painting on August 31, making glitter accessories and unique decorations. You can participate in the program with a beach admission ticket.
Time: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Sunshine FM SummerJam DJ Tour – Season Finale
On August 31, the rhythms of the exclusive summer event series of the SummerJam DJ Tour will spin for the last time this season, on the roof terrace of Aquaticum Strand. On-site DJ sets, atmospheric background music, live radio broadcasts, and exciting, interactive programs await those looking to party, next to the adult adventure pool. You can participate in the program with a beach ticket.
Time: August 31, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
