Seasonal treecare underway across Debrecen

With the arrival of autumn, seasonal tree maintenance and pruning have begun across Debrecen. Work is already underway in several public areas to ensure the city’s greenery remains healthy and safe.

On Monday, specialists began trimming dry branches in Petőfi Square, using a crane to reach the higher limbs. As part of the autumn care program, dry, diseased, and potentially hazardous branches are being removed to help trees overwinter in better condition and to minimize the risk of storm-related damage.

In the coming weeks, similar tree care activities will take place in other parts of the city.
