A new McDonald’s opened in Debrecen
As the announcement by McDonald’s reads, “The unit, designed based on the “Experience of the Future” concept, offers a renewed experience in every respect. Orders can be placed not only at the counter but also on digital platforms—for example, via the mobile app or self-service kiosks. Guests can also order food directly to the table, so they can order their favorite McDonald’s dishes in the most convenient way for them.”
The restaurant also has two terraces for guests on Piac and Zamenhof streets so that they can enjoy the experience of eating at McDonald’s in good weather, even in the hustle and bustle of the city center.
“We are proud to have opened our new restaurant in one of Debrecen’s iconic buildings. Our investment not only means the creation of a new restaurant but also the realization of a modern community space. Our goal is for the new unit to become a popular meeting place in the city center,” said Gabriella Cserháti, the franchise partner operating the domestic McDonald’s units in Debrecen.
Before the restaurant opened, the chain’s nearby unit on Arany János Street was closed. According to the explanation, the new McDonald’s awaits the residents of the area and visitors with an even higher level of guest experience.
Gabriella Cserháti retained all of her employees and even expanded the number of employees after the opening.
There are currently five McDonald’s restaurants operating in Debrecen.
