For a decade and a half, Campus Festival has aimed to create a safe, family-friendly cultural festival that appeals to people of all ages.

The organisers are excited for 2025, featuring world-class performers and engaging programming in the Great Forest. As with every year, the line-up is broad, as seen by the more than 40 names revealed for this year in December.

There will be no style or musical subculture that the popular music program does not cover in some way. 

The whole lineup is set to comprise hundreds of acts, with local musicians and music from the popular music industry taking centre stage alongside national icons. 

The organisers have also considered diversity: this year, Hungarian productions that have been absent in the previous year or years will return to Campus.

This year’s Campus Festival already features two global stars, including one of the most successful R&B singer-songwriters, Jason Derulo. The American star has 65 million followers on TikTok and has worked with artists like Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, and Pitbull.

Alongside Jason Derulo, American electropop duo The Chainsmokers will also be in Debrecen. They have countless hits such as “Something Just Like This”, “Closer”, “Don’t Let Me Down”, “Parsi” and “SELFIE”. They have also won numerous awards, including Grammy, American Music Award, Billboard Music Award, iHeart Radio Music Award and many more.

Last year, the Campus Festival in Debrecen was one of Hungary’s most significant summer cultural events, with 121,000 participants.
