A three-day culinary journey across continents, cultures and traditions
In this anniversary, the world’sgastronomic diversity will be brought right to Debrecen:

– International cuisines with authentic dishes
– Special ingredients and exciting gastronomic stories

Pastoral flavours
Moreover, 2026 is the International Year of Pastoralists, so ancient knowledge and traditions that shape food culture around the world will take centre stage. At the festival, flavours connected to pastoral culture will be presented in both modern and traditional forms.
