Joining the nationwide Furmint February Grand Tasting series, the Debrecen Wine Friends Association will be the first in the country to host the Furmint February wine showcase on Saturday, February 7, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
At the event, held at the Lovarda, visitors will be able to explore the diversity and terroir-driven character of the Furmint grape variety through the finest wines of the Carpathian Basin. Fans and enthusiasts of the variety can taste nearly 100 different Furmint wines and Furmint-based blends from six wine regions. Wine snacks will be prepared by the 200-year-old Régi Vigadó this year.
