On 28 August, Zoo Debrecen will welcome visitors with extended opening hours for Night at the Zoo, this time focusing on facts and myths about animals.

Do penguins really only come from cold regions? How many kilograms of meat does a hippopotamus eat? In fact, do hippos eat meat at all?

Visitors will be able to find the answers to these and many other fascinating questions throughout the evening. An engaging programme of activities, spectacular animal feedings and special evening experiences will be on offer, making it well worth staying after dark.

Visitors are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance online so that they can enter the event more quickly on arrival.
