High Noise Levels Expected Due to Maintenance Works on Debrecen–Nyíregyháza Railway Line in August

According to information provided by the Communications Directorate of MÁV, planned railway maintenance works involving noise will be carried out at several locations across Hajdú-Bihar County, including within the administrative area of Debrecen, between 10 and 14 August 2026.

Maintenance activities on the Debrecen–Nyíregyháza railway line will take place during both daytime and night-time hours. Railway maintenance machinery may be present and generate noise for the specified periods at stations, on open-line sections between stations, and at level crossings.

Due to the night-time works and the associated noise disturbance, the railway company kindly asks residents for their understanding and patience.
