Maintenance Works at the Junction of Külsővásártér and Arany János Street

At the junction of Külsővásártér and Arany János Street, traffic lights will not be in operation due to modifications to the traffic control equipment between 8:30 and 15:00 on 21 March 2026.

According to information provided by the contractor, in connection with the refurbishment of the Külsővásártér – Postakert Street – Arany János Street junction, modification works will be carried out on the support structure of the traffic lights located at the Külsővásártér – Arany János Street junction.

During the intervention, the equipment ensuring traffic signal control will be relocated. This necessitates a complete power shutdown of the junction.

Drivers are requested to travel in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Code during the works, taking into account the temporary road signs and road markings, and to proceed with increased caution, with particular regard to pedestrians and cyclists.
