Parking Arrangements to Change in Debrecen During Flower Carnival
DV Parking has announced that parking arrangements and the opening hours of its customer service centre will change during carnival week. In addition, parking will be prohibited in several locations to ensure that the events can take place without disruption.
On Thursday, 20 August, on-street parking in Debrecen will be free of charge. Parking in the underground car parks will nevertheless remain subject to a fee on this day. The customer service centre will be closed.
On Friday, 21 August, the usual weekday parking arrangements will apply, with parking subject to a charge in the parking spaces operated by DV Parking. The customer service centre will also be closed to customers on this day.
For the remainder of the long weekend, the usual Saturday and Sunday parking arrangements will apply in Debrecen.
The customer service centre will reopen to the public at 8am on Monday, 24 August, following the four-day long weekend. In the meantime, Parker, the AI-powered chatbot on dvparking.hu, will be available at any time of day to help answer simpler queries.
