Performance Tests Ongoing at EcoPro with Visible Vapour
In a statement, EcoPro BM Hungary Zrt. announced that performance testing of the E301 evaporator unit located in the AP area of its Debrecen site will be carried out. The testing is expected to continue from Tuesday until Sunday. The test is a planned part of the facility’s commissioning process.
During the test, outside air introduced into the system may be discharged at the end of the process as cool, purified air which, depending on environmental conditions, may produce a visible condensation effect resembling vapour. The temperature of the discharged air is expected to be above 4°C; however, the phenomenon may still be visible in the form of vapour. The company emphasises that the visible vapour is neither smoke nor a pollutant emission, but a natural physical phenomenon caused by the temperature and humidity of the air.
No abnormal event or malfunction will occur during the testing; the process is a routine and essential part of commissioning the E301 evaporator.
