Pavement replacement works at the István Road Szoboszlói Road junction

According to the contractor, final pavement restoration work related to the water utility construction will begin at the István Road–Szoboszlói Road junction. The contractor will carry out the works during the school break, between October 24 and November 2, 2025, in order to minimize traffic disruption.

There will be work on the István Road branches, both from Vértesi Road and Vincellér Street. The traffic lanes heading towards the city center from Vértesi Road will be closed before the Szoboszlói Road intersection, and traffic will be diverted to the oncoming traffic lane by lane shifting and temporary traffic lights.

On the István Road branch from Vincellér Road, after the junction, the two traffic lanes heading towards the city center will be closed; there, traffic will be temporarily diverted to the oncoming traffic lane.

Drivers are kindly asked to exercise extreme caution on the affected road section, follow the temporary traffic signs posted, and avoid the work area if possible.
