Registration for the Night of Power Plants programs has started

The Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (MEKH) will organize the Night of Power Plants on October 17 this year, during which interested parties can take a look at the world of energy and public utility providers that ensure the comfort of our everyday lives and the operation of the country at more than 80 locations across the country. Participation is free, but registration is required; registration is possible from October 1 at www.eromuvekejszakaja.hu.

At the Night of Power Plants, visitors can learn about the background processes of work in energy and public utility facilities and the operation of equipment with the help of expert guides. The program is increasingly popular every year, attracting thousands of visitors nationwide, so it is worth registering for the selected locations as soon as possible.

Debreceni Hőszolgáltató (Debrecen District Heating Service) will show the tunnel corridor of the Újkert utility to those interested, Debreceni Vízmű Zrt. (Debrecen Waterworks) the water production plant, and E.ON Energiatermelő Kft. (E.ON Energy Production) its Debrecen power plant.

This year, the Hungarian District Heating Service Professional Association has also joined the program, and the District Heating Service Day will be held on the same day as the event, October 17. District heating service providers and district heating producers are welcoming visitors in many parts of the country with plant tours and community programs, details of which can be found on page: https://tavho.org/rendezvenyeink/tavhoszolgaltatas-napja
