Utility Works to Affect Two Bus Routes Tomorrow

As announced by DKV, bus routes 19 and 43 will operate on diversion between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm on Thursday, 9 July 2026, due to utility construction works affecting Arad Street. Services travelling towards the Ice Rick and the Main Railway Station will follow amended routes.

Route 19 buses will operate via Huszár Gál Street – Ótemető Street – Rakovszky Dániel Street – Faraktár Street. As a result, they will not serve the Brassai Sámuel Vocational School or Dobozi Housing Estate stops. During the diversion, passengers should use the Ótemető Street and Benedek Elek Square stops instead.

Route 43 buses will operate via Csapó Street – Rakovszky Dániel Street – Hajnal Street. They will not serve the Ótemető Street, Brassai Sámuel Vocational School, or Dobozi Housing Estate stops. During the diversion, passengers will be able to board and alight at the Benedek Elek Square stop.

DKV advises passengers to take these temporary traffic changes into account when planning their journeys on Thursday morning.
