DV Parking Customer Service to Close for Technical Reasons on 9 October

DV Parking’s customer service office will be closed on 9 October due to technical reasons, the company announced on its website. Staff will remain available by telephone on that day and in-person customer service will resume on 12 October during the usual opening hours at the Malompark II building.

DV Parking also drew attention to the “Parker” artificial intelligence-powered chatbot, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the dvparking.hu website. Customers can click the red circular icon in the bottom-right corner of the website to receive immediate assistance with simpler queries.
