The most exciting day of the Debrecen Flower Carnival, 20 August, once again kicks off with the most colourful run of the year.

Runners will start from Baltazár Dezső Square, and after a joint countdown, the colourful powder flies into the air at the same time, and then the adventure run starts from under the huge colourful cloud. 

The 2.6-kilometre route follows the carnival path to University Square, where the enthusiastic cheers and support of the local community will be there to lift your spirits throughout the run. 

Schedule and helpful information

6:45 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.: On-site registration
7:30 a.m.: Joint warm-up
7:45 a.m.: Start

Route: Baltazár Dezső Square – Déri Square – Bethlen Street – Egyetem Boulevard (Egyetem sugárút) – Egyetem Square
Distance: 2.6 km (uncertified distance), which runners have 30 minutes to complete.
Age limit: none, parental supervision is required for children under 16.
Attire: WHITE T-SHIRT, sporty, comfortable clothing 
Participation fee: Free with no entry fee.

Participation Conditions

Advance online registration or on-site registration on 20 August at the start location.
Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants are required to wear a WHITE T-SHIRT and comfortable sportswear.
Participants must accept and comply with the event rules and regulations.
