Traffic Management Changes on Kossuth Street Due to Main Sewer Pipeline Replacement

The main sewer pipeline will be replaced on the section of Kossuth Street between Sas Street and Újházi Ede Street from 13 July to 14 August. During the works, the road surface of the two inner traffic lanes between the entrance to the Sas Street underground car park and Újházi Ede Street will be excavated and traffic will be diverted into the bus lane on the odd-numbered side of Kossuth Street. Bus services in the contraflow bus lane on the even-numbered side of the street will continue to operate without disruption.

Pedestrian access across the crossing near Liszt Ferenc Street will be maintained throughout the works.

People travelling in the area during the construction works are kindly asked for the patience and understanding.
