Live Music and Dance Performances Debrecen’s Bring City Centre to Life Once Again

As preparations continue for the Flower Carnival, a variety of local talents had the opportunity to showcase their skills last Thursday and Saturday as part of a free event series in downtown Debrecen running between 18 June and 18 July.

Residents of Debrecen once again enjoyed live music and dance performances at the corner Rózsa and Piac Streets and outside 30–36 Piac Street. Passers-by were first treated to performances by members of the Summer Academy of Music, followed by displays from dance groups preparing for the Flower Carnival, including All Round Force, Dance Universe and RnB. The audience also had the opportunity to applaud Lizett Kunvári.

Free performances are set to continue at the two locations between 18:00 and 20:00 this Thursday and Saturday.
